These terms govern your use of the The Breath Manifest website and any bookings you make for breathwork, coaching, workshops or related services with Ryan Samtani.

1. Who we are

The Breath Manifest is a breathwork facilitation and coaching practice run by Ryan Samtani as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. The website is https://thebreathmanifest.com.

2. Services

We offer breathwork facilitation, sound healing, mindset coaching, group workshops and events, and related wellbeing support. These services are educational and self-care work. They are not medical, clinical, diagnostic or psychotherapeutic services, and they are not a substitute for advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Website use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about or booking our services. You must not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape content at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes).

4. Bookings and payments

One-to-one bookings (including the Nervous System Audit, discovery calls and coaching consultations) are made through Cal.com. Event and workshop tickets are purchased through Stripe Payment Links. Prices are as shown on the relevant page and at checkout. Payment is taken by the provider named at checkout (Cal.com with Stripe, or Stripe directly).

A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive confirmation from the booking or payment provider. Completing a payment form does not guarantee a place until payment is confirmed.

5. Cancellations and transfers

For one-to-one sessions, please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are generally non-refundable, though rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice is usually permitted where diary space allows.

For group events and workshops, tickets are transferable to a future date where stated on the event page. Otherwise, please contact us with your Stripe receipt if you need to transfer or discuss a refund. Stripe's own refund timelines may apply once a refund is agreed.

6. One-to-one programmes

Longer 1:1 programmes typically begin with The Nervous System Audit. Programme fees, inclusions and any money-back guarantee are described on the coaching page at the time you apply. Where a money-back guarantee is offered, it applies only on the terms stated there (including any requirement that nervous-system markers are tracked through the programme).

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for deciding whether a practice is suitable for you, for the accuracy of any health screening or intake information you provide, and for following reasonable guidance given during a session. If you are unsure about your fitness to take part, consult a qualified healthcare professional first.

8. Intellectual property

Content on this website (including text, branding, imagery and materials we share with you) belongs to The Breath Manifest / Ryan Samtani unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute it for commercial use without permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under UK law.

Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or participation in our services, and our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website or booking of services after an update means you accept the revised terms for future use and bookings.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
